For Delivery Inside Dhaka

Exchange/Return Policy for Cash-On-Delivery (COD):
Our exchange/return service is only applicable in front of the courier person at the time of delivery.
Please check your product carefully before making payment.
If you notice any issue, kindly call our official number immediately for assistance.
You may also return the product instantly by paying the delivery charge.

Please note:

• Once the payment is completed, refunds are not available.
• However, you can still request an exchange within 7 working days after delivery.

Exchange/Return/Refund Policy for Advance Payments:
Customers who make advance payments are requested to check the product upon delivery.
If there are any issues, please contact us instantly through our official number, email, or social media.

You may request:

• An exchange or return, or
• A refund (before the courier leaves).

After the courier leaves, refunds will not be possible, but exchanges can be made within 7 working days.

For Delivery Outside Dhaka

Currently, we do not offer a return or refund policy for deliveries outside Dhaka.
However, an exchange option is available.

If the product received is not as expected, please:

• Send back the unused product with proper packaging to our EUNOIA store address within 3 working days, at your own cost.
• Once we receive the product in good condition, our team will send your replacement product immediately.
